All deposits and purchases made or fees paid on 11boys for playing or in connection with Fantasy Cricket are final. All transactions on our platform are final. We recognize that customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, so only error-oriented transaction cases will be considered.

All amounts credited into a user's ''Deposit'' account must be utilised within 365 days from the date of credit of such amount. In case any unutilised amount lies in the ''Deposit'' Account after the completion of 365 days from the date of credit of such amount, 11boys reserves the right to forfeit such unutilised amount without liability or obligation to pay any compensation to the user.

If you are not completely satisfied with any deposit/purchase made or fee paid on 11boys and believe there is an “error” in the transaction, please let us know within 2 business working days from the transaction date, and we will definitely review the transaction and determine a solution at our discretion. If we are satisfied with your request, we will initiate a refund within 7 business working days, and you will receive a credit within 10 business working days of initiating the refund to your registered bank account.

We reserve the right to cancel any match(es) for any reason, with or without disclosure of the reason, and refund to the user's wallet all fees paid for such matches by any users within 1-3 business working days.

We prohibit users from joining any game rooms after the match corresponding to that game room (identified by series) has started.

Your transactions and refunds are completely safe on 11boys, which is fully owned by Jabali Internet Services LLP, and there will be no third-party involvement to disrupt your gaming experience.

You may also be required to take note of certain additional terms and conditions, and such additional terms and conditions shall also govern the transaction. To the extent that the additional terms and conditions contain any clause that is conflicting with the present terms and conditions, the additional terms and conditions shall prevail.
