1. Introduction

Welcome to 11boys! We hope that you have a great experience using our Platform.

11boys is an online fantasy cricket gaming platform that is played by using sports knowledge and skills where users can create your own virtual team with the combination of players playing in the real live match. The game gives players a limited number of credits to choose the best players they can. User can form your own virtual team within a budget of 100 credits. User’s team earns points based on the chosen player’s performance in the real-life matches. The Participant with the highest aggregate points at the end of the pre-determined match shall be eligible to win a pre-designated prize which is disbursed out of prize money pool.

2. Terms of Use

Jabali Internet Services LLP (hereinafter referred to as “11boys”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates the website 11boys.in (“11boys Website”) and mobile application (“11boys App”) (hereinafter the 11boys Website and 11boys App are together referred to as “11boys Platform”).

The following expressions apply to these Terms and Conditions and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “User”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the LLP’s terms and conditions. “The LLP”, “11boys”, “We”, and “Our” refers to our LLP.

By accessing and/or using the 11boys Platform, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time, and agree to all operating rules, terms, conditions, policies, and procedures that may be published on 11boys Platform or in connection with the Services. All such rules, terms, conditions, policies, and procedures are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Services being provided on 11boys Platform may be subject to additional rules and regulations set down in that respect (“11boys Platform Policies”). To the extent that these Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with the additional conditions set down, the additional conditions shall prevail.

11boys may, at its sole and absolute discretion:

Restrict, suspend, or terminate any User's access to all or any part of 11boys or 11boys Platform services;
Change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the 11boys Platform Services;
Reject, move, or remove any material that may be submitted by a User;
Move or remove any content that is available on 11boys Platform;
Deactivate or delete a User's account and all related information and files on the account;
Establish general practices and limits concerning use of 11boys Platform;
Offer discounts to its user in form it deems fit (“Cash Bonus”). All such discounts shall be credited in a separate account called as Cash Bonus account;
Revise or make additions and/or deletions to the roster of players available for selection in a Contest on account of revisions to the roster of players involved in the relevant Sports Event;
Assign its rights and liabilities to all User accounts hereunder to any entity (post such assignment intimation of such assignment shall be sent to all Users to their registered email ids).

In the event any User breaches, or 11boys reasonably believes that such User has breached these Terms and Conditions, or has illegally or improperly used 11boys or the 11boys Services, 11boys may, at its sole and absolute discretion, and without any notice to the User, restrict, suspend or terminate such User's access to all or any part of 11boys Contests or the 11boys Platform, deactivate or delete the User's account and all related information on the account, delete any content posted by the User on 11boys and further, take technical and legal steps as it deems necessary.

If 11boys charges its Users a platform fee in respect of any 11boys Services, 11boys shall, without delay, repay such platform fee in the event of suspension or removal of the User's account or 11boys Services on account of any negligence or deficiency on the part of 11boys, but not if such suspension or removal is effected due to:

any breach or inadequate performance by the User of any of these Terms and Conditions; or
any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 11boys.

Users consent to receiving communications such as announcements, administrative messages and advertisements from 11boys or any of its partners, licensors or associates.

3. Change of Terms of Use

We reserve the right to modify and amend our Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, Privacy policy and terms of Service referred to herein or provided by 11boys in relation to any 11boys Services, at any time, by posting the same on 11boys. Use of 11boys constitutes the User’s acceptance of such Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, privacy policy and terms of Service referred to herein or provided by 11boys in relation to any 11boys Services as may be amended from time to time. 11boys may, at its sole discretion, also notify the user of any change or modification in these Terms and Conditions, rules, regulations, privacy policy and terms of service referred to herein or provided by 11boys, by way of sending an email to the User’s registered email address or posting notifications in the Users accounts. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use our services or subscribe to our services or prohibited from using or accessing the 11boys portal.

4. Eligibility

A user may participate in any Paid Contest; you must meet the following eligibility criteria

You must be above the age of 18 years.
You must be residing in India.
You must have a valid Indian mobile number to create an Account.

In accordance with the laws prevailing in certain Indian states, Users residing in following states (“Restricted States”) are not permitted to participate in Paid contests as the laws of these states are unclear/ bar persons from participating in games of skill where participants are required to pay to participate.

Assam;
Odisha;
Sikkim;
Telangana;
Nagaland;
Andhra Pradesh

You agree that you are not from any of these Restricted States and you will not make false disclosures, declarations and/or representations to us and bypass the applicable laws and/or regulations of the territory of India ("Governing Law") of the Restricted States to participate in any Paid Contests.

Only those Participants who have successfully registered on the 11boys as well as registered prior to each match in accordance with the procedure outlined above shall be eligible to participate in the Contest and win prizes.

5. User Registration

To use the services of 11boys, you are required to create an account for registration on our platform, in accordance with the procedure established by 11boys in this regard. At the time of creating your Account and/or at any time during the utilisation of Our Services. 11boys may collect any and/or all the following information and/or documents from you:

Full Name as per PAN;
Team Name;
Mobile Number;
E-mail address;
Full Address and State of Residence;
Gender;
Date of Birth;
Permanent Account Number (PAN)
Bank Account Information
Aadhar Number
Any other valid identification

6. KYC

KYC verification is mandatory as a proof of identity and Proof of Residence for participating on 11boys. KYC verification includes the verification of your Mobile, Email, Pan Card, Bank Account and Other ID Proof as Identity & Residence. We reserve the right to conduct KYC as may be required from time to time in the manner prescribed under such law. We may also ask you for KYC documents including proof of identification and proof of address from time to time. 11boys shall scrutinize all documents submitted and may, at its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any Winner from withdrawing his accumulated winnings (or any part thereof) on the following grounds:

11boys identifies that any of the document or information provided by the user at the time of verification is inadequate, incorrect, misleading, false, fabricated, incomplete or illegible; or
User/Participant does not fulfil the eligibility criteria as specified under these Terms and Conditions; or
Any other Terms of service as specified under these Terms and Conditions.

7. Contest(s) Rules and Format

Contest Rule

You agree and confirm that:

You are wishing to participate in the Contest(s), you need to create a fantasy team (“Team”) by selecting real life players participating in the specified match.
You must finalize your team for the relevant contest before the start time and/or applicable adjusted time (as set out below) of the match (the "Contest Deadline"). We may notify you in advance of a contest deadline extension.
A minimum number of users is required to participate in each contest to become operational (“Pre-specified Number of Users”).
A Participant may create different Teams for participation in Contest(s). However, until and unless 11boys specifies a contest as Multiple Entry contests (M), participants confirm and agree that they may participate with only one Team in any Contest. In case of Multiple Entry Contest(s), a Participant may participate more than one Team in a single Multiple Entry Contest. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit the maximum number of Teams you may participate in each Contest format.
For each Contest, we will create a prize winning pool consisting of contributions from all participating Users (“Prize Money Pool”). To be clear, we have no right or interest in this Prize Money Pool.
We reserve the right to deduct a platform fee from Pre-Specified entry fees in exchange for the Service provided by us (“Platform Fees”) and the rest of the pre specified entry fees shall constitute your contribution towards the prize Money Pool.
From time to time, we may run/arrange promotions/offers on this platform. Your Participation in such promotions/offers is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the promotion.
Toss and Starting Lineup Feature: Purpose of indicating a player's inclusion in final starting lineup is only to provide information and assist a user in selecting his/her virtual team on 11boys. While indicating a Player's inclusion in starting lineup is given by 11boys based on information/data received through feed providers, publicly available information.
Users are advised to do a thorough research of their own from official sources and/or other available sources of information. 11boys, shall not take any liability, if a player earlier indicated as 'Playing' does not play or start for any reason whatsoever.
Flexible and Non-Flexible Contest

(a) A Contest will be continuing if a minimum of (2) two Users join such a Contest (“Flexible Contest”)

(b) A Contest will be continuing only if the number of Users participating in such Contest is equal to the limit set by us in case of a Public Contest and by you in case of a Private Contest (“Non-Flexible Contest”)

(c) The Prize Money Pool shall be directly proportional basis to the number of Users joining in a Flexible Contest. To be clear, the Prize Money Pool specified on the Contest page will decrease if the number of Users joining the Contest is less than the limit set by You for a Private Contest and by Us for a Public Contest.

The contest(s) across the 11boys services shall, in addition to the Terms and Conditions, privacy policy, rules and regulations mentioned herein, be governed by: "Fantasy Rules" available at “How to Play - Fantasy Cricket” and Other rules and regulations (including rules and regulations in relation to any payments made to participate in the Contest(s)) and all Participants agree to abide by the same.

Contest Formats

As part of our Services, we are offering 2 (two) types of Contests:

Public contest Rule

A Public Contest is a Contest, where users can participate in a contest with other Users without any restrictions on participation that are open to every 11boys user where Prize pool, rank wise winning amount, Entry Fees, total number of participants that can take part in the contest, etc. are pre specified by 11boys.
11boys may create this format of the Contest(s) as a paid format and the Winner will be determinable at the end of the match as per rule of the contests.
Public Contest can either be a Flexible Contest or a Non-Flexible Contest.
If the number of participating users is less than the predetermined number of users, we reserve the right to cancel the public contest. In the event of cancellation, we will refund your entry fees paid by you without any charge or deduction.
If a Contest is labelled as a “Confirmed Contest” or "Guaranteed Contest" it will become operational only when a minimum of two users join a Confirmed Contest. The pre-specified number of winners to be declared in such Contest(s), even if all available Participant slots (as pre-specified in relation to such contest(s)) remain unfilled. It is clarified that notwithstanding the activation of such Contest(s), Participants can continue to join such Contest(s) till either (i) all available Participant slots of such Contest(s) are filled or (ii) the match to which the Contest (s) relates commences, whichever is earlier. In the event of shortfall in the number of participants joining the Confirmed Contest, 11boys shall continue with such contests and the short fall in the prize pool shall be borne by 11boys.

Private contest

Private Contests is a contest “Private Contest”, where you can create a contest and invite your friends, batch mates and colleagues 11boys users, whether existing users or otherwise “Invited Users” to participate in the Contests.
You can set a limit on the total number of users who can join a private contest, which can be between 2-20,000 users.
You will have the option of choosing whether your contest will be a Flexible or a Non Flexible contest.
The User shall pay the pre-designated amount for such Private contest and thereby join that Private contest and you give the name of a Private contest and we will provide a unique identification code (“contest Code”) (which will be issued to the account of such User). The User agrees and understands that once the Private contest is created no change shall be permitted in the terms or constitution of the Private contest, except for a change in the name of the contest. The User creating the Private contest shall provide 11boys with the email address or Facebook account username of Invited Users to enable 11boys to send a message or mail inviting such Invited User to register with 11boys (if necessary) and participate in the Private contest in relation to which the invite has been issued.
In order to participate in the Private contest, an Invited User shall input the contest Code associated with the Private contest and pay the pre-designated amount for the Private contest. Once the number of Participants in a Private contest equals the number of pre-specified Participants for that Private contest, the Private contest shall be rendered operative and no other Invited Users or Users shall be permitted to participate in the Private contest. In the event that any Private contest does not contain the pre-specified number of Participants for that Private contest within 1 hour prior to the commencement of the match/Contest, the Platform will initiate an automatic refund of the amount deposited. Such refund shall be processed after the expiry of the deadline for filling of participants for such Private Contest.
It is clarified that the participation of Invited Users in any Private contest is subject to the pre-specified number of Participants for that Private contest, and 11boys shall not be liable to any person for the inability of any Invited User to participate in any Private contest due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation due to a hardware or technical malfunction or lack of eligibility of such Invited User to participate in the Contest(s).

8. Verification and Declaration of Winners

Winners Declaration

Teams are awarded points on the basis of computation and tabulation of your team performance point at the end of the Contest.
The User Team with the highest aggregate points in particular Contest will be declared the winner (“Winner”).
In certain pre-defined Contests, 11boys may declare more than one Winner and distribute prizes to such Winners in equal or increasing order of their Team's aggregate score at the end of the designated match of the Contest.
The number of Winners and the prize due to each Winner in such Contest shall be as specified on the Contest page prior to the commencement of the Contest.

General Rules for Distribution of Winnings

The User’s Team accumulating the highest points at the end of the match will be entitled to a predetermined winnings distributed from the Prize Money Pool as indicated on the relevant Competition page.
In there is a tie between the user’s team, the Prize money will be equally divided among the declared winners.
We reserve the right to modify, change, update or vary the winnings at our sole discretion before the Contest Deadline.
You agree that any winnings such as rewards or in the nature of prizes awarded by us are governed by the terms and conditions of that particular promotional event.
We reserve the right to disqualify any winner and prohibit them from withdrawing their winnings or any prizes if:

any of the information or document submitted by you are incorrect, misleading, false, fabricated, incomplete or illegible; or
You created teams on behalf of other Users.
You do not abide by these Terms.
You have falsely declared your State and entered the contest from prohibited states as per clause IV above.

Tabulation of Fantasy Points

We use the data score feed and other information required for the computation and tabulation of fantasy points from third party service provider(s) with appropriate licenses.
In the rare event that any error in the computation or tabulation of fantasy points, declaration of winners, abandonment of a match etc. as a result of inaccuracies in or incompleteness of the feed provided by the third-party service provider comes to its attention, we shall do our best efforts to rectify such error prior to the distribution of prize money.
However, we hereby clarify that it relies on the accuracy and completeness of such third-party score/statistic feeds and does not itself warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy thereof and, in any event, shall take no responsibility for inaccuracies in computation and tabulation of fantasy points or the selection of winners as a result of any inaccurate or incomplete scores/statistics received from such third- party service provider.
Users and Participants agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint against 11boys in this respect.

Contacting Winners

Winners shall be contacted by 11boys or the third party authorised by the 11boys, on the mobile number or email address or both provided by the you at the time of registration. The verification process and the documents required for the collection of prizes shall be detailed to the winners at this stage. As a general practice, winners will be required to provide the following documents.
1. Photocopy of the User's PAN Card;
2. User's bank account details and proof of the same; and
11boys shall not permit a Winner to withdraw his/her prize(s)/accumulated winnings unless the above-mentioned documents have been received and verified within the time-period stipulated by 11boys. The User represents and warrants that the documents provided in the course of the verification process are true copies of the original documents to which they relate.
Participants are required to provide proper and complete details at the time of registration. 11boys shall not be responsible for communications errors, commissions or omissions including those of the Participants due to which the results may not be communicated to the Winner.
11boys may publish the list of Winners on a separate web-page. The winners may also be intimated by e-mail or mobile number or both. In the event that a Participant has been declared a Winner on the above mentioned web-page but has not received any communication from 11boys, such Participant may contact 11boys within twenty-four (24) hours of such Participant being declared the Winner.

Winners Verification

We may contact the Winners on the mobile number or email address for Re-KYC provided at the time of Account creation. At this stage, Winner will be explained the Re-KYC details of the verification process and the required documents for collecting the prize.
If you have been declared as a Winner on Our Platform but have not credited your Winnings in your 11boys account, you may contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of the Winner’s declaration to assist us in resolving your concern as soon as possible.
You agree and acknowledge that Our Decision on the Distribution of Winnings in accordance with the Terms shall be final and binding on you.

9. Payment Terms

These terms and conditions govern all payment related transactions made by you, and you agree to be bound by them.

Payment Accounts

When you access and use our Platform, you are provided with the following Two categories of accounts to process and reconcile your payments:

Deposit Account: This account holds your amounts transferred by you through a designated payment gateway to use our Services.
Winning Account: This account holds your winning amounts in any Paid Contests.

Promotional Bonus offered

In order to conduct promotional activities and offer incentives, 11boys, from time to time may issue Bonus to you that can be used to join any paid public contest (“Bonus”).

You agree to the following:

You are not allowed to transfer or withdraw any Bonus amount to any other account, including your own bank account.
The utilisation of any Bonus is subject to certain terms and conditions which may be communicated to you at the time the Bonus is offered.
Bonus amount shall be issued to you at our sole discretion and will not be claimed as a matter of right.
A Bonus will be applied to a predetermined amount or percentage of Entry Fees for participating in any contest.
If your account is terminated; All Bonus will be forfeited and you will not have any right or interest on such discount.
Any Bonus issued to you in their respective Bonus account may take up to 24 hours as defined below. You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any delay in crediting the Bonus, including loss of participation in the Contest(s).
If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Standard Terms of Bonus, Standard Bonus terms will apply.

We Offer the following Bonus:

Xtra Cash

We may award XtraCash upon successful deposit to your Deposit account (“XtraCash”). Your utilisation of the XtraCash shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

Xtra Cash shall be valid for a period of three (03) months from the date of issuance.
Xtra Cash shall be credited to your Xtra Cash account (“Xtra Cash Account”).
While participating in any Paid Contest, a certain percentage of available Xtra Cash in Your Xtra Cash Account shall be applied to the Pre Designated Amount.
Deduction of Xtra Cash from the Pre-Designated Amount is in addition to any other Bonus available to You.
You agree that in the event of any request for refund of the amount deposited in the Deposited Account, any Xtra Cash awarded to you in connection with such deposited amount shall stand forfeited and you will not be able to utilise such Xtra Cash.
If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the applicable Xtra Cash deducted from the Pre Designated Amount shall be returned to Your Xtra Cash Account.

Discount Bonus

As part of our Promotion, we may, at our discretion, issue you a discount bonus in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the Promotion. (“Bonus Discount”). In addition to the terms and conditions related to the promotion; You agree to the following:

The Discount Bonus will be credited to your Bonus Account when you meet the applicable conditions under the applicable Promotions (“Discount Bonus Account”).
Discount bonuses will be automatically deducted from your pre- Designated Amount payable by You.
Discount Bonus will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of credit.

Discount Coupons

We may offer discount coupons at our sole discretion and each discount coupon will be governed by specific terms and conditions notified as by us at the time such discount coupon is issued. You acknowledge that discount coupons on the platform shall have their own validity and specific terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the terms specified for the Discount Coupon; The terms specified for the discount coupon will apply.

Pre-Designated Amount Payment

When You join any Contest on our platform, 11boys shall first debit the user’s Discount Bonus, Discount Coupon, Xtra Cash (if any), as per the Discount bonus or any other bonuses utilization terms or percentage mentioned on the face of the contests itself, thereafter any remaining amount of participation fee from the User’s Deposited Account and thereafter, any remaining amount of participation fee shall be debited from the User’s Winning Account, For the Unutilized Deposit Account, debits will be made in order of the date of credit of amounts in the deposited Account.

If you do not have a sufficient balance in your unutilised Deposit Accounts to participate in any Paid Contest, the User will be taken to the designated payment gateway to give effect to such payment. In case any amount added by the User through such payment gateway exceeds the remaining amount of the pre-designated amount, the amount in excess shall be transferred to the User’s ‘Deposit’ Account and will be available for use in participation in any match(s) or Contest(s) or for withdrawal in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You also agree that any amount deposited on our platform shall be subject to deduction of applicable GST in accordance with these Terms.

Withdrawals Processing

You will be asked to provide certain documents and minimum deposit from the date of registration before first withdrawal for payment processing and verification purposes upon at the time of your first withdrawal.
The name printed on the identification document as provided by you at the time of withdrawal must match the name provided by You at the time of Account creation.
We will process your withdrawal request after verifying your bank account details and/or UPI ID (if applicable). After approval, we will withdraw funds from your Winnings account and transfer it online to your bank account at the earliest.
We may charge any processing fee for transferring funds from your Winning Account to your bank account.
We rely on banks and third parties to process transactions on Our Platform. Thus, we can take up to 3-5 working days to process any payment to your bank Account. You agree that we will not be liable or responsible for any failure to make payment.
A transaction, once confirmed, is final, and cannot be cancelled.
Withdrawal Processing on our platform will be governed by specific terms and conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the withdrawal policy terms and conditions; The terms specified on the withdrawal policy will apply.

Taxes Payable

All winnings are subject to tax deduction (“TDS”) under the Income Tax Act, 1961. TDS of 30% will be deducted from the Net Winnings (“NW”) on each withdrawal request placed by you.

TDS will be applicable

At the time of withdrawal during the Financial year, or
At the end of the Financial Year i.e. 31st March

How to calculate Net Winnings (NW)

Calculation of Net Winnings (NW) at the time of withdrawal during the Financial year in each subsequent withdrawal

NW =A-(B+C+D)

A = Aggregate amount withdrawn till the time of such withdrawal including the amount of such subsequent withdrawal;

B = Aggregate amount of non-taxable deposit made in the Deposit Account till the time of such subsequent withdrawal;

C = balance amount in the Deposit Account and the Winning Account at the beginning of the FY (“Opening Balance”);

D = NW comprised in earlier withdrawal or withdrawals during the FY until this subsequent withdrawal if the tax has been deducted on winnings comprised in such withdrawal or withdrawals

NW shall be Zero if the sum of B, C & D is equal to or greater than A

Calculation of Net Winnings (NW) at the end of the FY

NW =(A+E)-(B+C+D)

A = Aggregate amount withdrawn during the FY;

B = Aggregate amount of non-taxable deposit made in the Deposit Account during the FY;

C = balance amount in the Deposit Account and the Winning Account at the beginning of the FY (“Opening Balance”);

D = Net Winnings comprised in earlier withdrawal or withdrawals during the FY until this subsequent withdrawal if the tax has been dedutced on winnings comprised in such withdrawal or withdrawals;

E = balance amount in the Deposit Account and Winning Account at the end of the FY (“Closing Balance”) and

NW shall be Zero if the sum of B, C & D is equal to or greater than sum of A & E

In case you do not withdraw any of your winnings during a financial year and you have a net winning balance as on 31st March of each year, then TDS at the rate of 30% will be deducted from such net winning balance from your winning account as on 31st March as calculated above.
In case of any revision in the above rate or definition of Net Winnings by the Government of India in future, TDS will be deducted by Us as per the then prevailing prescribed TDS rate and the revised definition of Net Winnings. The winners will be provided TDS certificates in respect of such tax deductions. The winners will be responsible for payment of any other applicable taxes including but not limited to income tax, gift tax etc. on the Net Winnings. We will not be responsible in any way for the individual tax matters of the users.

Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is briefly explained on our cancellation and refund policy page. You agree to completely satisfied with our policy for participating on 11boys.

User’s Fund

The amount deposited by you will be kept safe with us in your deposit account. Deposited amount by you will be used only for participation in the Paid Contest. Any amount deposited by You may not be confiscated by Us except when We receive an instruction from any government agency or competent authority.

10. User Conduct

By using and accessing our platform, you agree to abide by the following code of conduct:

Account Information

You shall not register or operate more than one User account on 11boys.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information at the time of registration and at all other times (as required by 11boys). You further agree to update and keep updated their registration information.
You will not provide false or misleading information or documentation, impersonate or attempt to impersonate a person, or otherwise assume their identity without proper authorization. You will not commit any fraudulent act that constitutes falsification or involves the fabrication of documentation.

Violation of 11boys Platform Terms

You shall not engage in any 11boys Fair Play Violation.
You shall not breach any of the Terms when using or accessing Our Platform and Services.
You shall not misuse any Discount and/or any other offers or promotions provided by us.
You agree that you will use the Platform and Our Services only for personal capacity and you will not engage in unfair practices or collude with other Users to obtain benefits and/or conduct business in connection with the use of Our Platform and/or Services.
You are prohibited from engaging in any form of insider trading, i.e. illegally sharing or seeking non-public information, details of teams participating in a specific competition/match, strategies, organizational boards, leagues, etc., that may provide you with an unfair competitive advantage. ("Insider Trading").
You shall not modify, tamper, or otherwise deal with our data, content, software, technology and/or Intellectual Property by any means.

Responsible Play

We are committed to promoting responsible gaming to all of our users. You agree to participate responsibly in the Contests, make informed decisions, and play within your means. If necessary, seek assistance.

Additional User Conduct

You agree not to use 11boys for any of the following:

To engage in any obscene, offensive, indecent, racial, communal, anti-national, objectionable, defamatory or abusive action or communication;
To harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate any legal rights of other individuals;
To publish, post, upload, e-mail, distribute, or disseminate (collectively, "Transmit") any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent, or unlawful content;
To Transmit files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage or adversely affect the operation of another person's computer, 11boys, any software, hardware, or telecommunications equipment;
To advertise, offer or sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose on 11boys without the express written consent of 11boys;
To download any file, recompile or disassemble or otherwise affect our products that you know or reasonably should know cannot be legally obtained in such manner;
To falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or the source of software or other material;
To restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying any public area within our sites;
To collect or store personal information about other Users;
To interfere with or disrupt 11boys, servers, or networks;
To impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a representative of 11boys, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent User's affiliation with a person or entity;
To forge headers or manipulate identifiers or other data in order to disguise the origin of any content transmitted through 11boys or to manipulate User's presence on 11boys(s);
To take any action that imposes an unreasonably or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
To engage in any illegal activities. You agree to use our bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or message or communication facilities (collectively, the "Forums") only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to that particular Forum.
To engage in any action that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation.

11. Conditions of Participation

By entering a contest, user agrees to be bound by these Terms of service and the decisions of 11boys. Subject to the terms and conditions stipulated herein below, the Llp, at its sole discretion, may disqualify any user from a Contest, refuse to award benefits or prizes and require the return of any prizes, if the user engages in unfair conduct, which the Llp deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the contest or is in any way detrimental to other Users which includes, but is not limited to:

Falsifying ones’ own personal information (including, but not limited to, name, email address, bank account details and/or any other information or documentation as may be requested by 11boys to enter a contest and/or claim a prize/winning;
Engaging in any type of financial fraud or misrepresentation including unauthorized use of credit/debit instruments, payment wallet accounts etc. to enter a contest or claim a prize. It is expressly clarified that the onus to prove otherwise shall solely lie on the user;
Colluding with any other user(s) or engaging in any type of syndicate play;
Any violation of contest rules or the Terms of Use;
Accumulating points or prizes through unauthorized methods such as automated bots, or other automated means;
Using automated means (including but not limited to harvesting bots, robots, parser, spiders or screen scrapers) to obtain, collect or access any information on the website or of any user for any purpose.
Any type of cash bonus misuse, misuse of the Invite Friends program, or misuse of any other offers or promotions;
Tampering with the administration of a contest or trying to in any way tamper with the computer programs or any security measure associated with a Contest;
Obtaining other users’ information without their express consent and/or knowledge and/or spamming other users (Spamming may include but shall not be limited to send unsolicited emails to users, sending bulk emails to 11boys users, sending unwarranted email content either to selected Users or in bulk); or
Abusing the Website in any way (‘unparliamentarily language, slangs or disrespectful words’ are some of the examples of Abuse).

It is clarified that in case a User is found to be in violation of this policy, 11boys reserves its right to initiate appropriate Civil/Criminal remedies as it may be advised other than forfeiture and/or recovery of prize money if any.

12. Our Rights and Obligation

We reserve the right to remove (without notice) any offensive/illegal/objectionable/infringing content posted by you and to take such necessary action as we deem fit in respect of your content;

CONTEST

Depending on the circumstances of each match, users can create or may edit their own teams till the official match start time announced by the sports organizer or the adjusted deadline as specified below.

We may choose to:

Revise the list of players available for selection in relation to any Contest/sport offered on our Platform based on official information available from the sports organizer or any third party source.
Withdraw and/or cancel any Contest without prior notice if such Contest is prohibited and/or requires compliance with any government, legal or regulatory requirements or approvals;
Adjust the Contest Deadline or Abandon any Contest.
We reserve the right to abandon a contest if circumstances beyond our reasonable control arise, including the circumstances set out below:

Actual match start time is before the official deadline:

If the Contest Deadline is extended by more than 10 minutes, or 3 (three) overs have been bowled (whichever is less), before the official start time of the cricket event;

In case, where official match start time cannot be determined and verified by us from any of its third-party reliable sources and/or publicly available sources, we may adjust the contest deadline to such a time by which a maximum of 3 overs in the given match are bowled.
